This LONSDALE double end ball is made of high-quality, durable cowhide leather with a vintage look. The particularly strong and sturdily processed seams guarantee a long service life. The training device can be installed quickly and easily and is ideal for professional use in the boxing studio as well as for training at home. The workout on the double-ended ball trains endurance, reaction time and reflexes. The scope of delivery includes the taut elastic band, which is attached to two suspension rings. The speed can be controlled by the rubber band. Due to the nature and frequency of stress, air can escape.
